The apartments are on the 4 floor of an ancient house (neo-baroque) with an elevator.  Windows are facing a green quiet garden closed from a street. The apartments were recently renovated and have a new furniture.
It is an exclusive and a very popular location with a rich history. It is a respectable district, which used to be in favor among the bourgeoisie. This place is a very popular not only because It is a historical place, but also because is a much more quieter than Prague-1 (which is 2 quarters far away from there).  In this district are located one of the best restaurants and clubs in Prague.

The Riegrovy sady considered to be one of the most attractive areas of Prague. The riegrovy sady is the place, in which was laid the first Prague's Botanical garden (11 ha big). At the beginning of the 20th century this place was considered very prestigious and honorary citizens of Prague settled here. It was a favourite place of Prague bohemians. The Riegrovy sady are located at a height of 170 metres above the sea level, with a view to the very center of Prague: Prague Castle, Hradčany and Petřin. In the upper part of the park is the "Riegrovy Sady Beer Garden" restaurant. Nearby is a park called Rajská zahrada - there are many sports facilities like tennis courts, soccer field, relaxation centre.
Nearby the apartments is located the Church Největšího Srdce Páně, the žižkovská TV tower (is possible to ascend to 93 m high and také a look on a whole Prague), the theatre „Na Vinohradech“, the cathedral of st. Ludmila, the theatre of Evy Hruškové and Jana Přeučila, an exhibition pavilion etc.. A large shopping center, post office and pharmacy are located in one metro or tram station from the apartment.

Every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday at the Jiřího z Poděbrad square (5 min walk from the house) takes place farmer's market - here is possible to buy fresh Czech fruits, vegetables, dairy and meat products, homemade bread, honey, nuts and more. A large shopping center are located in one metro or tram station from the apartment.
